Do I need to code to install it?
No — installation is a single script tag. Tools, forms, and quick actions are all configured from the dashboard.
Can I manage multiple sites?
Yes. Manage multiple websites — and multiple connected Instagram accounts — from one workspace with role-based access control.
Is my data secure?
Each website's content, conversations, and connected-account tokens are isolated per tenant, and sensitive fields like access tokens are encrypted at rest.
What happens when the AI can't answer a question?
It says so rather than guessing, and offers to raise a support ticket or hand off to a live agent — whichever fits the conversation.
Do I need a knowledge base to use Instagram comment automation?
No. Per-post comment rules work standalone with fixed replies — the knowledge base is only used for DMs and any comments you choose to escalate to the AI.
Can I customize how the widget looks?
Yes — set the bot name, primary color, logo, and launcher icon per website from the dashboard's branding settings.
