Help center software where every article also trains your chatbot
Write an answer once. IotaBot publishes it to your public help center, shows it in the Help tab of your chat widget, and adds it to the assistant’s knowledge — so readers and the bot always say the same thing.
- Public, searchable help center
- Help tab in the chat widget
- AI answers from your articles
Help center software with IotaBot: at a glance
IotaBot help centers are public sites at <your-name>.iotabot.help, with categories, articles and search.
Every published article is added to the website’s knowledge base automatically, so the AI assistant answers from it.
The chat widget can show a Help tab where visitors search and read articles before starting a chat.
Articles can be drafted with AI from your existing knowledge base; gaps come back as visible placeholders to fill in, never invented facts.
Recent questions the assistant could not answer are suggested as new articles.
Each article records views and “Was this helpful?” votes.
Help center pages are server-rendered with structured data and listed in the sitemap, so search engines can index them.
Get started in three steps
- 1
Choose your address
Pick your address — your-name.iotabot.help — and the help center takes your widget’s logo and colour.
- 2
Write or draft articles
Write them yourself, or let AI draft from your knowledge base and the questions customers already asked.
- 3
Publish everywhere at once
One click puts the article on the public site, in the widget’s Help tab and in the assistant’s knowledge.
More than an FAQ page
One source of truth
The article customers read is the same text the chatbot answers from — update one, both change.
Help inside the chat widget
Visitors search articles in the widget; if that doesn’t help, “Chat with us” is one tap away.
AI drafts from your content
Drafts are grounded in your knowledge base and flag anything missing instead of guessing.
Gaps found for you
Questions the bot couldn’t answer show up as suggested articles.
Built for search
Server-rendered pages, article structured data, breadcrumbs and an automatic sitemap.
Links that don’t break
Rename an article and its old address redirects to the new one.
What teams publish
Shipping, returns and refunds
The questions every store answers daily, answered once.
Product how-tos
Setup and troubleshooting steps customers can follow on their own.
Policies and account help
Billing, cancellations and account changes, kept current in one place.
Help center software: frequently asked questions
Still have a question? Talk to us or try the live demo.
Is the help center free?
Yes, on every plan. Free plans show “Powered by IotaBot” in the footer; plans with custom branding can hide it.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Help centers live at <your-name>.iotabot.help today.
Does the chatbot answer from my help articles?
Yes. Publishing an article adds it to the website’s knowledge base automatically, and unpublishing removes it.
Can I hide the help center from Google?
Yes. A setting keeps it out of search engines while it still works for anyone with the link.
Does the AI write articles for me?
It drafts them from your existing knowledge base and marks anything the knowledge base doesn’t cover with a placeholder. You review and publish.
